With a footprint of only 18 inches wide, this oven can be placed on any countertop making it perfect for restaurants, bakeries, bars, and many other commercial establishments. In addition to its compact size, the Fire features a ventless operation thanks to a catalytic converter that limits the smoke, grease, and odour emissions produced.

With the TurboChef Fire, youll have the ability to cook a 14-inch thick or thin crust pizza in as little as 90 seconds! The oven features independently controlled convection fans in the top and bottom of the chamber allowing it to heat up to 842F (450C). Six preset timers make it even easier to quickly set the oven for cooking many types of pizzas from margherita to traditional sausage pizzas.

This high-speed impingement oven is constructed from 430 stainless steel both on the interior and exterior of the oven. The outer surface is also surrounded by a bright red, powder coated and corrosion-resistant steel wrap that gives the oven its unique look, while making it perfectly suited for any front-of-house operation.
