Perfect for restaurants, pizzerias, sandwich shops, and more, this spacious prep table provides up to 24.4 cubic feet of interior storage space. The prep station on top can accommodate 12 1/3-size, 6-inch deep food pans for storing your most common toppings and fixings right at your fingertips. It can also hold full-size and half-size pans without adapters. Individual food pans and adapter bars for holding smaller sized food pans are sold separately.

Powerful Refrigeration System

Traulsens full-size prep table uses a self-contained refrigeration system with a 0.5 hp compressor to cool both the cabinet and topping rail. It features Traulsens TempAssure air flow system that circulates cold air above, below, and all around the food pans. It maintains proper temperatures all day long and prevents products from freezing or drying up due to low and uneven temperatures in certain areas. This system helps ensure food safety while avoiding unnecessary waste or troublesome citations from the health department.

The refrigerated base effectively maintains internal temperatures between 34F and 38F (1.1C and 3.3C). The top, bottom, and all four sides of the unit are insulated with a 2-inch thick insulation that helps keep the cold air in and warm kitchen air out.

High Quality Design and Construction

This Traulsen pizza and sandwich prep table features a durable stainless steel construction on the cabinets exterior top, front, sides, lid, and door as well as the entire interior. The cabinets outer back and bottom are made of galvanized steel.

The doors are self-closing with a stay-open feature that helps ensure the cooler doesnt get left open accidentally while also making it easier to load and unload bulk products at one time. The cabinet features two standard pre-installed shelves per door for storing extra meat, vegetables, or sauce needed to create delicious sandwiches, pizza, salads, burgers, tacos, and more.

This prep table is also equipped with a set of eight heavy-duty 6-inch casters that make it easy to move the unit as required for regular cleaning and maintenance.
