As the konro has superior insulative properties, the charcoal burns longer than in conventional cookers, helping to maximise cooking times without having to change or add fuel. The special design of the grill also delivers those searing hot temperatures (up to 350C) needed to lock in natural flavours without imparting other aromas.

This skewer rack edition includes twelve strong skewers with stainless steel handles. Ideal for grilling everything from spiced lamb and vibrant veggies to squeaky halloumi, the skewer edition further expands the versatility of the Kasai konro grill. There’s no need to lift skewers from the grill to turn, simply insert the food onto the skewer, slot into the frame and turn 360 degrees to ensure even cooking throughout.
