Knife with sheared blade in special CROMOVA 18 molybdenum-vanadium steel, with a hardness level of 56-58 HRC (Rockwell scale). The stainless steel handle is hollow and filled with sand for perfect knife balance. The blade is hand sharpened for excellent edge retention. The anatomical shape of the handle and the lightness of the knife (about 30% less than knives with traditional handles) reduce user fatigue, even in the event of prolonged use.
