The Evo Affinity 30 Gp is designed for indoor kitchens. Foods can be prepared directly on the cooktop or indirectly with pots and pans. The 30 Gp has a 30″ diameter black oil-seasoned steel that is heated by inner and outer gas tube burners. Evo’s technology allows independent heat adjustment across inner and outer cook surface zones for managing a wide range of menu possibilities. Heat is controlled to each burner via separate inner and outer control knobs.Edge-to-edge even surface temperatures range from 225-525 Degrees Fahrenheit. The burner system has a push button electronic ignition system which ignited both burners simultaneously. A stainless steel drip pan completely surrounds the underside of the cook surface catching all food debris. Separate spill over trays that contain and hold drip pan debris are concealed to each side of the control panel. Operating on either Natural Gas or Liquid Propane with standing pilot light, the Affinity 30Gp is an ideal solution for creating a social cooking space in your indoor kitchen.Available in Natural Gas or PropaneFor Indoor Use OnlyDurable and Easy to Clean707 Square Inch CooktopElectronic Push Button Ignition with Standing Pilot Light30-in Black Seasoned Steel Flattop Cooking SurfaceVariable Temperature 225 – 525 Degrees Fahrenheit2 Stainless Steel Gas Tube Burners Allow for 1-2 Temperature ZonesVersatility to Grill, Sear, Toast, Stir Fry, Saut, Steam, Roast, Smoke and BakeIncludes: Cook Surface Cleaning Kit (Handle, Pad and Screen), 2 Stainless Steel Spatulas, 1 Stainless Steel Cook Surface Scraper, 1 Evo CookbookACCESSORIESEvo Affinity 30G/30Gp Flattop Drop-In Gas Grill Trim Kit (11-0123-ATK)
