The Kuro black carving fork is a perfect match for the all black carving knife. With its two sharp prongs, this fork holds your roast or turkey firmly in place and allows you to turn or hold the meat while youre making beautiful thin slices. Thanks to the long, straight tines your hand stays clear of both the meat and the knife, keeping it out of harms way.
