Description

For safety purposes, the Crown Steam GLTS-30 tilt skillet turns off if it’s tilted more than 5 degrees or if the temperature reaches 536 degrees Fahrenheit. Using a solid-state thermostat, operators can adjust the temperature between 100 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and to provide even heating, the cooking surface has an aluminum core. Preventing water from dripping on the floor, this unit has a condensate guide.

To provide durability and streamline cleaning, the Crown Steam GLTS-30 tilting braising pan has a stainless steel finish on its interior and exterior. Further easing cleaning, the interior corners are coved to prevent food crumbs from building up. For stabilization, it is mounted on adjustable bullet feet, and the rear feet are flanged for mounting to the floor. Easing opening and closing, the cover on this braising pan is spring assisted.
