When the paddle is removed, the grill lowers to compress the food, making this the easiest-to-use panini press on the market.

Simple to install, the panini press replaces the cook plate in the cavity and stays in the oven while you continue to cook other food items using Merrychef liners or trays on top of the panini press cook plates. To remove and clean, simply lift it out of the cavity when it has cooled down.
