PSR163. Compatible with Merrychef conneX 12 & eikon e2s oven.The Merrychef PSR163 panini press perfectly compliments your Merrychef high speed oven. This accessory uses a paddle to slide food into the press between a top and bottom plate. When the paddle is removed, the grill lowers to compress the food, making this incredibly easy to use compared to other solutions.

It’s easy to install too – the panini press replaces the cook plate in the cavity and stays in the oven while you continue to cook other food items using Merrychef liners or trays on top of the panini press cook plates. To remove and clean, simply lift it out of the cavity when it has cooled down.
